DigiTrajen Učitelj - Slovenian national project supported by the EU
We aim to develop and deliver new educational contents and curricula for variety of topics related to Design Thinking for national and private educational institutions. With the objective to educate over 20 000 educational professionals and leaders, this 17.5 million euro project aims to strengthen digital competences, competences for sustainable development, and financial literacy.

CRIS Project
Developed the winning project proposal and lead the project established to help combat crisis situations with innovative STEM tools and entrepreneurship skills through enhanced and immersive school curricula. Together with partners from the UK, Slovenia, Italy and Greece we transcended past and current issues of lack of preparedness for crisis situations by focusing on redesigning the educational approach through three key pillars: (1) Crisis management, (20 Entrepreneurial mindset, and (3) Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), and 3D printing.

My primary focus was the development, introduction and implementation of bespoke lean innovation and new strategies to support organizations on their continuous improvement journeys. I worked with a variety of lean approaches including Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Digital Transformation, Service Design, Experience Design, Set-Based Concurrent Engineering and Knowledge Management.
